My Vision & Mission

My mission is to inspire a world where movement is recognized as medicine—where everyone feels free to express their authentic self and connect through creativity. Through movement arts, education, and performance, I empower individuals to reconnect with their bodies, embrace self-expression, and experience the freedom of authentic movement. By sharing my knowledge through online resources, I strive to make movement an accessible and transformative tool for all.

My Story

For as long as I can remember, my life has always been intertwined with a deep love for movement and expression through the body. I can honestly say that movement was my first love, and I have dedicated my whole life to it.

As a baby, I always wanted to be the center of attention. Dancing and singing and putting on performances for my family

The first sport I ever knew, was martial arts, in which I learned the benefits of humility, discipline, & perseverance. My mom enrolled me in Taekwondo when I was only 5 years old and I spent the majority of my childhood growing up on the mats of the studio. When I turned 10, I began traveling and competing & I ended up winning 5 World Titles over the next years... and although I was very talented, I wasn't completely happy.

When I turned 15, my family gave me the opportunity to make bigger decisions about how I trained & I began to branch out and explore other avenues of athleticism. I started cross training in tricking, which is a mix of acrobatics & martial arts, which eventually lead me to receive a scholarship for a prestigious high school's competitive cheerleading team. I spent the next year contractually involved in a sport that didn't quite feel like me either...

I emancipated myself at 17 & began traveling in search of finding purpose & meaning from this life. I was backpacking for months before I arrived in Thailand, where I first discovered flow arts and fire spinning.

The art form was captivating to watch & even more engaging in its action. This form of movement
