Do I need to be flexible already?
Not at all! The course is designed for all levels because the basic framework for flexibility applies whether you're just beginning or you are an athlete working towards more advanced skills.
How much time do I need per week?
The course is self-paced so you set the schedule. The lessons are structured to fit into whatever movement practice you already have. You don't need to carve out extra hours, just apply what you learn to the training you're already doing.
I've tried flexibility programs before and didn't see results. Why would this be different?
Most programs skip the why and go straight to the what by giving stretches & routines. But if you don't understand how flexibility adaptation works, you end up repeating the same methods and expecting different results. This course builds that foundation first so your effort finally starts to create real results.
Do I need equipment?
No equipment is needed! Everything in the course can be done with just your body. Some stretches may optionally use a strap or yoga blocks (or a rolled up towel / stack of books) but nothing is required to get full value from the course.
Is this course helpful for my sport or discipline?
Yes! The principles taught are universal. They apply whether you're a dancer, aerialist, athlete, yogi, or someone who's never trained flexibility before. The science of how your body adapts doesn't change based on your background.
How is this course different from free routines on YouTube?
