Workshop FAQs
What can I expect from the day?
This 4 hour workshop is structured to be both technical & creative. We begin with a warm up and coordination games, then move into foundational skill building. From there we explore creative variations, build sequences, and incorporating elements of dance into our flow. We will then close our session with a cool down.
Do I need prior acrobatic experience?
For open level workshops, no acrobatic experience is required. You should have some body awareness and feel comfortable putting weight into your hands for things like cartwheels or bridges.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in. Leightweight long pants are recommended as they make floor work easier and more comfortable (but they're not mandatory). Bring water and a snack for longer sessions. I recommend leaving jewellery at home for safety and comfort.
Where is the workshop held?
The full venue address and any travel tips will be shared after your booking confirmation email. All workshops are held in professional training spaces with appropriate flooring and equipment for the activities involved.
What is the cancellation & refund policy?
If you need to cancel: More than 30 days before — full refund minus processing fee. 14–30 days before — 50% refund minus processing fee. Less than 14 days — non-refundable. You may transfer your spot to someone else up to 7 days before with written notice to zera.circus@gmail.com.

If Zera cancels: In the event of cancellation due to insufficient enrollment, venue issues, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified as early as possible and no later than 14 days before. A full refund will be issued automatically within 5–7 business days with no fees deducted. See our full Terms & Conditions for complete details.
Will there be photography or filming?
Some workshops may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. By booking you consent to this. If you would prefer not to be included, please send a written request to zera.circus@gmail.com before the day of the workshop and we will make sure to respect your wishes.
I have an injury or physical limitation, can I still attend?
Please reach out before booking at zera.circus@gmail.com so we can discuss whether the workshop is suitable for you. If you do attend with a pre-existing condition, please inform Zera at the start of the session so we can make sure you're supported throughout.
I have another question, how do I get in touch?
Reach out any time at zera.circus@gmail.com and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
