This workshop is designed for movers with a foundation in basic acro, this workshop builds on the fundamentals & introduces more intermediate and advanced tricks and variations.
We will cover: rolling tricks, handstanding/cartwheel variations, arching movements and some beginning aerial movements. Specific tricks are subject to change based on the class but expect to learn tricks like the reversao, gumby (au de coluna), macaco, and other creative variations. Everything will be taught through progressions & offer advanced options, so everyone can be challenged at the level they wish.
We’ll focus on refining technique, improving power and control, and exploring creative transitions to help you integrate tricks seamlessly into your movement.
