An open level exploration of soft acrobatics & dance. Participants will explore foundational acrobatic techniques like rolling, cartwheeling variations, handstand tricks, and arching pathways in a way that is accessible for movers of all backgrounds. Building upon our technique, we explore acrobatics through the lens of dance to find creative variations & build sequences. Students will leave with the confidence & creative framework to continue their exploration beyond the session!
Open level (but some basic movement experience is recommended).
Includes: 1 workshop ticket
